  5. I've been doing this similar exercise (very simple ones) each morning or just before speaking English so as to pronounce clearly but never knew it actually was for relaxing muscles and that there are various methods to practice with. Thanks for this video. Very helpful!

  8. These are amazing! I took lots of private accent classes, and the pronunciation is real close. but due to my first language, my main problem is the relaxation. My jaw and body is not relaxed? Forget that I get the accent right… Thanks so much for this!

  16. Hey thank you for this amazing instructional video! A suggestion for the tongue exercises when you stick it out for the stretch would be to advise your viewers to place a pen or pencil underneath the tongue to bridge it… it gives the tongue a really nice stretch and a good idea of how it should feel when you're doing it correctly! However, only a suggestion guys! The video is very helpful regardless! Thank you so much!
