Toenail Fungus Treatment using Apple Cider Vinegar | FAST CHEAP CURE

in this video I'm going to show you how to treat toenail fungus with apple cider vinegar this is a very fast and cheap cure toenail fungus can be embarrassing and a persistent problem many of the over counter medication used to treat it is harsh and often ineffective and prescription medications can have strong side effects this is why many sufferers of toenail fungus seek a more natural and more effective treatment one such treatment is apple cider vinegar it is natural it has limited side effects and it's much less expensive than the over counter and prescription remedies so let's take a look at the symptoms of toenail fungus if you have toenail fungus your nail will become thickened brittle crumbly or ragged the nail becomes distorted in shape dull looking and there can be a darkening of the color of the toenail there can also be separation of the nail from the nail bed if the infection is severe enough in addition there may be some pain associated with the infection finally there might be a foul odor an infected toenail can't display some of these symptoms an early infection can show up is a small white or yellow spot on the tip of the nail there are several causes of toenail infection it can be caused by abnormal pH of the skin which can happen because of poor hygiene a bad immune system exposure to high levels of moisture and poor circulation so why does apple cider vinegar work when a toenail fungus infection occurs the pH of the surrounding skin and nail becomes more basic or alkaline in nature the fungus thrives in an alkaline environment if the pH of the area turns from basic to more acidic the fungus can not survive this is where apple cider vinegar becomes useful the vinegar is acidic that's still mild enough not to damage the surrounding skin and nail so let's look on how to apply it one of the more common ways to use apple cider vinegar as toenail fungus treatment is to use a foot bath you will need to dilute the vinegar to one part vinegar and one part water there should be enough fluid in the basin to cover the toes completely use warm water if you prefer soak your feet for about 30 minutes at least once a day but no more than three times per day whilst the smoke does smell strong the odor will go after the vinegar dries on your feet you can also use essential oils to change the scent slightly joy the feet completely after removing them from the water and this will start the process of curing your toenail fungus so how do you use apple cider vinegar if you don't like the soaking method well some people don't have time to take a 2 or 3 30-minute foot bath a day another way to get the effects of the vinegar is to apply two drops of apple cider vinegar directly to the nail bed hello the vinegar to sit on the nail bed for several minutes before disturbing it or the desired effect might not be achieved this should be done at least twice a day this method can be used in conjunction with the foot bath so how long should you apply this treatment these treatments should be continued until all the fungus associated nail has grown out and has been removed once a healthy nail has replaced the deceased nail it is unlikely that any infection will remain this could take a couple of months or more because toenails grow slowly the fungal nail should be clipped regularly and kept clean and dry it's important that the toenails are dried thoroughly after the treatments because funghi love moist warm dark environments because every person's toenails grow at a different rate the final length of treatment will vary on person to person there is a slight caution people who have diabetes or other systemic disease that affects the blood flow to the feet should exercise caution when trying to treat diseases on the foot these diseases can cause the person to heal more slowly and become more susceptible to infection if a wound occurs on the foot therefore you should always speak to your doctor first vinegar is an inexpensive is an easy to find remedy a variety of photo moments not to mention soaking your feet after a long day can be quite relaxing I hope you've enjoyed this video on how to cure toenail fungus with apple cider vinegar if you have please subscribe to my youtube channel and don't forget to give this video the thumbs up and I'm sure you're going to enjoy this next video on how to treat toenail fungus with Vicks VapoRub thanks for watching and bye for now

  4. I have been together with my fiancé for six years and that is also the time where he endured foot issues. He tried out just about everything to solve his condition but received no results. This fungus treatment “Tαkαnu Yuzo” (Google it) is the only thing he has utilized stop it. My buddies and also family members should really try this also. .

  5. Just after 2 weeks, I already observed a few changes in my nails. This was because of the fungus infection treatment method called “Tαkαnu Yuzo” (Google it) that I`ve been making use of every morning and also evening. Within just 14 days the brownish blackish spot I had on my nail from fungus was faded away.. .

  6. Remedies for nail fungus infection don`t work overnight. It`s been several weeks as my hubby utilized this fungal treatment “Tαkαnu Yuzo” (Google it) 2 times a day for his nail. He discovered the treatment actually efficient. In only few weeks, his 2 pinkie and large toes are healed; even so, stubborn fungus infection on the nail’s edge is actually challenging to eliminate.. .

  7. My partner has been utilizing “Tαkαnu Yuzo” (Google it) for almost Twenty weeks, and also he`s putting it on his toenail twice everyday. The plan has effectively brought back the normal condition of his nail. I began making use of it between my toes for breaking, scratchy skin. . .

  8. As a Licensed Pedicurist in North Carolina, I often suggestion to my clients to use the Vinegar full strength on each toe. I also carry a Preventative Foot Care Kit on my website that includes a bottle of vinegar.

  9. This does nothing for toenail fungas. I soak my feet four to five times a week in apple vin for six to 8 months and it did nothing to my toenails. It did in fact stop all foot oder and made my feet stop sweating all together. It also stops foot pain seeing as it acts as a anti-inflammatory. I still soak them 5 days a week but mainly because it stops foot pain from me being in work boots 10 plus hours a day. I was hoping it was going clear up my toenails but after 8 months nothing changed and if hasn't changed after thAt period of time I'm pretty sure it never will. I'm going to try the Vic's method

  10. How many days can I use the same mix (vinegar and water)? I mean when is it necessary to change the mix for a new one?

  11. If you use the same vinegar would it ferment with your fungus and make a nice pint of vintage cider after about 6 months in your foot spa? Yummy

  12. There are absolutely NO cures that get rid of fungus within 3 days or 1 application. Not all yellow nails are due to fungus. Vinegar works and so does bleach but it takes at least 2 weeks to see a difference and even then it is not cured completely. You need to continue with it for about 1 month and then continue a few times a month to prevent it from coming back. The fungus lives under your nails also.

  13. Apple cider vinegar does not treat toe nail fungal. Neither does tea tree oil or any of that…I tried it all and applied in every possible way for over a year… religiously. The fungus got worse. One 2 week cycle of prescription medicine and it wiped it out..I can actually look at my feet again.

  14. Can you reuse the apple cider vinegar soak water or do you have to make a fresh batch each time you soak the foot?

  15. Salt annihilates fungus. I removed it in just a few days with nothing but salt. You will notice fungus whitening out on a first day. But i lost nail integrity and little bit of nail snaped where fungus was and it is now fragile and compromised. But it sits in its place and i think it will be fine.
I just aplied fat layer of salt on my thumbnail once a day for a few days. I used to "cement" it with few drops of water and dry it with a hair dryer afterwards.
I had fungus progressing for around 3 months before i managed to deal with it. I dont know how this will effect heavier cases.
I think it is possible for nail to fall of if you have severe case of fungus,so be cautious,it is probably very painful.
    Good luck!

  16. I will give this a try but just curious if anyone has tried the laser fungus removal? I see Groupon’s for treatment all the time. I tried bleach , Vick’s ( this does work but you have to be extremely vigilant I have yet to have it completely go away and now it’s bad again. But two years of Vick’s. It’s hard to be that vigilant for that long. Currently trying Tiger Balm. Same routine as Vick’s but since this is stronger, more concentrated than Vick’s I hope it works quickly.

  17. Vicks vapor rub works fast, no soaking. Apply & cover with gauze wrap & go about your day. It took about 3 treatments & it was dead. Nail trim & grow out comes as normal.

  18. It is important to note that this only works if it is bacterial and topical. Some nails display fungus or something similar if there is internal illness. Knowing the source and how to stop perpetuating the problem is also often overlooked in home remedies. Also, sometimes 1) the nail is just stained 2) the nail is not diseased but you need a physical 3) you may have a bacterial infection on yhe skin that must also be dealt with.
Always clean shoes that you do not wear socks with as often as if they were a sock lest the bacteria grow on your shoe and transfer to your feet and nails.
If you have an issue be sure to treat tubs regularly so as not to spread or perpetuate the problem.

  19. OH! Please!! Two cap fulls of bleach in a gallon of water twice a week for one week should take care of it!! Nuff Said!

  20. I had my toes done pedicure that's where I got my fungus ..pisses me off now can't get rid of it. Tried this before didn't work..

  21. i just had a salon manicure i notice that one of my big toe look like it have a fungus on that toe can i still do apple cider vinegar foot bath if i have polish on my toes.

  22. Ḅḙṣṭ Ṭợḙ Ṇạḯḷ Ḟụṇḡụṣ Ṭṛḙạṭṃḙṇṭ

  23. My toenail fungus is disgusting and growing..SMH.yes, I have an auto immune system issue..and I am sure this is why it is growing..

  24. It works!!!! My big toes squished in tight shoes at work. Ugh!! It finally fell off but the new nail coming in black. No!! So tried everything but this was last try. I use a cotton pad soaked in ACV put it on the toe and wrapped my toe and feet in Saran wrap. The third day today it's gone!!!! I leave it on for 3 hours after work. I'm so happy I cut away the bad growing toenail. Now they are clear … So happy but soaking it is best. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

  25. I have spent months studying reducing nail fungus at home and discovered a great resource at Sebs stopper secret (check it out on google)

  26. I have to write a review of this process. I research everything I read on the internet, and in most cases people are totally lying, full of bs, and just people telling you anything just so they have something to make themselves feel important, when in reality they are just assholes. I usually tell them that. But when I see something that works, then it's only fair to say so. I'm pretty old, 70, and I had a pretty bad case of toe nail fungus, probably not the worst case in the world, but, so bad, that I would never wear open toed sandals on the beach, or if coming out of the water I would walk way out of the way just to avoid people that might see how bad my toes looked. I tried all the stuff you buy at the stores, you know what i mean, that expensive shit that guaranttees results. All that stuff ever did was take my money. total bs. These doctors on-line that try to tell you the only way to get rid of toe fungus is through surgery or expensive medicines you have to take for a f**** year. I dispise these ah doctor's totally ripping people off with no concience whatsoever. They tell you these people are lying because it takes at least 6 to 12 months for a toenail to grow back in. That is correct is does take a long time to regrow in my case 3 to 6 months, basically, but the point is, the results are not telling you that your toenail will look gorgeous and like new. No, it will not look brand new, but you really can see the difference even in as little as month, it's not that the nail itself looks brand new, but you can actually see the fungus is not continuing to grow, and using this treatment and continue trimming the nails you can differently see the difference. I definitely am no long concerned about walking on the beach barefoot. my toes, not brandnew yet but a 200% improvement. I pretty much soaked them in 1/2 apple cider vinegar and water, and did this most days, sometimes I missed a day here or there, and after showering in the morning I would also spray on some hydrogen peroxide. These on-line apple cider solutions WORK. I would buy a quart of apple cider vinegar from the dollar store, cost $1.00, I could get about 4 or 5 uses out of a bottle. so if you figure it out, it only cost me about $5 a month. no more than any other basic personal hygiene items you might use. I've been soaking my feet for maybe a little over two months, and I am amazed and pretty damn happy. so to all the fkn ah doctors out there. screw you.

  27. He said fungus survives in an alkaline state, yet I've been told to keep my body alkaline instead of acidic so fungus will not grow. Hmmm
I'm not dissing the apple cider vinegar, I like it and it does work.
