hello good morning this is fenil jariwala and this is viraj dhaduk so we have our client name siddharth singh and we have gone through the musculoskeletal assessment we have done some push up for the upper limb strength sit and reach test to check the flexibility of lower back muscles and hamstring muscles then vertical jump test to measure the strength of the lower limb muscles and after all these done we have also fill while we are also filling the forms like like general activity questionnaire, sedentary behavior of the client how much time he spent in sitting and like how much time
he is doing activity in whole day and this is the like a whole week program and we
now come to the conclusion that our client is at the beginning stage and so we
have prepared a weekly schedule for him like cardio cooldown and the strength
training exercise at the beginning level and the basic motto that why that client to come to us is that he wants to improve his body composition and improve is like
body shape and during the assessment what we have found out is like he has a
lower limb strength in a good amount but he is lacking in upper limb as well as he is lacking in the cardio capacity and for that we have including included some cardiac component as well as some resistance training exercise just while now yeah we have incorporated less
repetitions and a less sets he want to we want to make him some adaptation to the exercise is to prevent further injuries and to make up our foundation for the further exercises what
we like initially yeah is one set and like six to eight repetitions for
the heavy exercises we hope this the whole body exercises first then the
single joint exercises and yeah so pretty well we were good in whole
videography thing but two main challenges which we face in elliptical cycle where our client was facing like breathing difficulties because
I guess we have kept the inclination high level or speed may be so next time we will in
future we will take care of it and second thing during the leg extension exercise the
load was too much for him as a beginner because he has lower lower lower body
strength may be and yeah in future we will try to under specifically if that that is our client then we will keep weight like low like if would put like if we put 30 kgs now so we will start from 15
or 20 with the same revelation because I guess 30 is too much for him and after exercise he was so much fatigue so we have to make him like cooldown for
like 5 minutes like marching and light exercise to make her muscles relax yeah so we can keep in mind in future and the further development like as we are saying we will reduce
right after weight for the lower limb but in the future I want to increase the rate
up to a certain position and along with the sets and the repetition but in the future
as he get tired up to that our particular exercises I want to reduce
the repetition and to increase the sets by that I want increases his load volume so that he can develop his muscles with a proper strength and along
with that right now you can see that he is lacking in the cardiac component so right
now in the beginning we will train for the elliptical gradually this rower and treadmill and ultimately our goal is to make it reach to the stair
masters because we cannot even right up to the stair master because it require lot of strength and by gradually going from the elliptical to the Stairmaster we will
increase the speed as well as inclination so that you will be prepared for the
stairmaster that is our ultimate goal to make to give cardiac component cardiac capacity as well as I
explained so he will have a double benefit so yeah in a nutshell it was a overall good experience for both of us and we have learnt so much things in a step wise and how to
make up protocol for your client and in future if you are dealing with a client in a fitness center or gym center somewhere like that and we have learnt so much from that how to assess your client how to talk with them how to start up how to meet the environment and to make your client comfortable and how to how to evaluate that assessment part into and
with the help of that make a protocol week by week and okay that’s it
that’s a good idea like so this is a good experience for us and we will gain
the knowledge that can help us in the future
