Now if you’re looking for a great full-body, low impact workout, we have two wonderful options for you. Inside of our junior Olympic size swimming pools we host our Aqua Fit classes which utilize resistance weights that are always available to you even outside of class. And when there isn’t a class going on, we transition our pool into 3 lanes for lap swimming. Now, we always want you to be comfortable when you go for a swim, so we keep our pools at a nice temperature in the low 80s. Many of our clubs also have a spa, which is a great way to relax those sore muscles after a tough workout. So whether you want to join a class or swim on your own, our pools are available to give you that great, low impact workout you’re looking for.
