  5. A good informative vlog. However, I think people need to know that too much baking soda can cause you to go into blood alkalinity. The blood pH , I believe, is supposed to be between 7.35 & 7.45. If you take in too much baking soda and your blood becomes alkaline, it can cause heart arrhythmias and other problems.
