  4. Orrr…..just do the big 5s.
    Bench, deadlift, squat, bar row and military press.
    Slowly add 5 more lbs each week to each lift. Get a rest day in between each time.

    Just dont eat straight garbage all the time (pizza, cookies, doughnuts, fast food burgers etc.)
    Cut out all sodas and sugary drinks and only drink lots of water. Also you can add a few glasses of milk per day.
    Dont drink alcohol or smoke.

    There, good weight and muscle will come with consistency, and don't believe this 1 month bullcrap, it takes much more time to notice a tiny difference.

  7. I lost weight twice within the past year and both times I have failed to regain it. I'm getting kind of worried. First time with Intermittent fasting and the second time I got sick and didn't eat or drink much for a few days. Weight is supposed to return when you normalize eating habits, it's like I'm a hard gainer that's slowly deteriorating.
